The A + is a Corfu based creative team of architects, civil, mechanical and environmental engineers, surveyors, interior and landscape designers able to strategically design and realize your project. Spiros Pierris, the team manager, is an architect with wide experience in the designing and planning sectors. His experience derives from working since 1966, with well-established architectural firms - in the capacity of senior designer and project manager - in New York, Miami, San Francisco and Toronto, in a variety of considerable projects. In 1989 he established his own business in Corfu, where he has undertaken projects that vary from private homes and professional spaces to hotels.

More recently, together with a number of other capable and experienced professionals, he has formed the A+ team, in order to be able to provide an all inclusive service to the busy or “absent” client. Whether this is your private home or your business premises, the services we provide may vary from finding the desired property, via our specialized Real Estate Consultancy services A+ Properties, for the client, analyzing its investment and development value, applying for planning permission from the Building Department, the Tourist Board and the Ministry of Environment, when necessary, to the creation of the designing of the project in all aesthetic and structural detail, putting the construction  work out to tender, supervising each step or managing the construction, with option to fully furnish and equip the property to the client’s taste and functional requirements.
